Humans are born curious. Watch a toddler for any period of time, and you will see her touching, tasting, and experiencing everything in her environment. It seems the longer kids are in school, the less curious and creative many become. Teachers can adapt their curricula to reawaken their students' (and their own) curiosity and foster creativity.
This half-day to two-day workshop will work through three steps in building creativity and curiosity in the classroom. Participants will not only learn the steps to foster creativity but will learn to code and earn a certificate from Hour of Code. NOTE: No coding experience is required, only a desire to explore and unlock your inner creative self. This is a hands-on session and a laptop is necessary.
